HORTICULTURAL	Light weight Perlite provides excellent aeration and moisture retention when blended with other soil media. Perlite supports root growth and retains nutrients which it releases for superior plant growth.
CONSTRUCTION	Perlite has many applications in the construction industry. A few are, a loose fill insulation in masonry walls, a light weight aggregate in plaster and concrete, a texturing agent and it is used in tile, mortar and grouts.
INDUSTRIAL	Some industrial applications are as an aggregate in insulating panels, abrasive in soaps, filtration media, liquid waste solidification agent, light weight filler, liquid absorbent, molten metal insulation and insulation for cryogenic tanks.
Standard products are available in poly and paper bags of various sizes from 1 cu. ft. to 64 cu. ft. disposable bulk bags, as well as total bulk walking floor trailers and pneumatic tank trailers.
